Blues master Gary Clark, Jr. returns to Belly Up this summer with two performances scheduled for Thursday, June 22 and Friday, June 23. The Aspen Music Festival & School and Jazz Aspen Snowmass are teaming up this summer to bring a summer sellout event in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the beloved Ella Fitzgerald: Ella 100, Direct from the Apollo Featuring the Count Basie Orchestra, Patti Austin, Lizz Wright, Andra Day, and David Alan Grier. This one night only event will take place at 8:30 pm on Saturday, July 1 at the Benedict Music Tent. Tickets can be purchased in advance online here. The Revivalists seem to be everywhere lately. The American rock band hailing from New Orleans have received recent accolades such as landing a spot on Rolling Stone’s 10 Artists to Know list, made their national television debut on the Today Show as Elvis Duran’s Artists of the Month with Kathie Lee and Hoda, and a #2 debut on the Billboard Alternative Albums Chart.
