Bosq: Located in the Mill Street Mall, Bosq Aspen offers indoor and al fresco dining serving up lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy new world cuisine with strong Asian influences and a wine list with accessible options from local chef Barclay Dodge.
Maru: In the mood for sushi? Head over to Maru, located right next to Bosq, for traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Soak in the sunshine on the patio and enjoy a delicious meal followed by lounging in Wagner Park.
HOPS Culture: HOPS beer garden, located in the middle of the Hyman walking mall, is the perfect place in downtown to enjoy al fresco lunch, happy hour, or dinner. The restaurant boasts over 200 domestic and imported craft beers, along with a wine and cocktail list, and a menu with upscale American comfort food choices.
