When on vacation in Aspen, a day filled with heart-pumping action deserves to be rewarded with truffle fries. Jumping off a mountain can be an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but riding to the Maroon Bells along the scenic road can be breathtaking all on its own. So why choose? You can do it all in one day!
8 am: Set sail on an early morning flight with Aspen Paragliding, giving you a bird’s eye view of Aspen & the surrounding valleys. Love the thrill of speed and the feeling of wind in your hair? Look no further! Aspen is the best spot to make this once in a lifetime memory!
12 pm: Pick up your road bike and kit to ride the classic Aspen rides of Maroon Creek Road (closed to cars between 8am-5pm) or Castle Creek Road where you can indulge in a late lunch at the Pine Creek Cookhouse for a delicious reward at the end of your long bike ride.
4 pm: Grab your car or hotel shuttle and head up Independence Pass, stopping at the Devil’s Punchbowl or Grottos Ice Caves for an afternoon of exploration on the continental divide. There is no better way to explore Colorado than hiking and finding hidden gems.
