Start your day meditating above 11,000 ft and view serenity in a different light. This relaxing itinerary is sure to get you to understand that Rocky Mountain high everyone keeps talking about!

 

 

10 am  -  

Take the Gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain (15-minute ride) for 10:30 am Yoga (M, W, F) or Meditation (T, TH). $5 donation, and Gondola ticket purchase.

12:30 pm  -  

Walk or ride your cruiser bike from the Gondola to Lunch at Spring Café, a café featuring inventive plant-based cuisine.

2 pm  -  

Continue your leisurely walk or cruiser ride down to the John Denver Sanctuary where you can listen to the sounds of the Roaring Fork River while reading a book, or even try your hand at in town fly-fishing.

3:30 pm  -  

Time for your spa treatment at Remède Spa at the St. Regis Aspen. We’ve heard wonders about their signature treatment the Rocky Mountain Ritual, but you can never go wrong with a classic massage, followed by relaxation in the oxygen lounge.

5:15- 6:30 pm  -  

Evening yoga session at one of our local studios each offering a unique class experience (including an Aspen original and local’s favorite, Thug Yoga) or for a special treat on Tuesdays check out Wild Yoga at ACES ($10 suggested donation).
